Pest Control Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Identification: Inspecting properties for pest infestations, entry points, and damage, including crawl spaces, attics, and roofs
• Treatment Application: Applying pesticides, traps, and baits to eliminate bugs and rodents while following safety protocols and label instructions
• Exclusion & Prevention: Sealing gaps, cracks, and holes to prevent future pest entry
• Customer Service & Reporting: Explaining treatments, providing recommendations, documenting services, and maintaining client communication
• Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining service vehicles, sprayers, and safety equipment

Qualifications:

• Licensing: RT license or 7A license preferred
• Driving: A clean, valid driver’s license
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift over 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Pass background check
• Pass drug test
• Must provide 2 references
