Who We Serve

Wildlife and pest problems don’t look the same in a hospital wing as they do in a family attic. A raccoon in a restaurant dumpster is a reputation problem. The same raccoon in a crawlspace is a home-repair problem. A goose flock on a corporate campus can be a liability problem.

Rusty’s Animal Control solves all of these problems across Central Indiana — eliminating the health and safety risks involved humanely, and in compliance with the regulatory and institutional protocols required.

Homeowners

Single-family homes & residences

Scratching in the walls or attic usually means squirrels, raccoons, rats, mice or bats have found a way in. We locate the entry point, remove the animals humanely, and seal the opening so it doesn’t happen again. We can also provide attic remediation services to eliminate the mess and health risks left behind with thorough cleaning, sanitation, and replacement of damaged insulation.

  • Squirrels in attics and wall cavities
  • Raccoons in chimneys, crawlspaces, and soffits
  • Rodents in walls or crawlspaces
  • Seasonal wasp, hornet, and bee nests — honeybees re-homed with local farmers
  • Ongoing management with periodic rebaiting

Property Managers

Commercial buildings, multi-unit residences & grounds

Nuisance wildlife on a managed property is a tenant complaint, a health and safety risk, and a repair bill all at once. We handle buildings and grounds together, so burrowing and nesting problems get solved at the source.

  • Canada geese on lawns, ponds, and parking areas
  • Rats, mice, and stinging insects in shared spaces
  • Bats, muskrats, beavers, groundhogs, skunks, and pest birds
  • Year-round management plans for multi-site portfolios

Healthcare Institutions

Hospitals, clinics & senior living

In a healthcare setting, pest control has to meet the same bar as everything else in the building. Our technicians meet facility vaccination requirements and follow hygiene protocols on site, including the use of boot covers and face masks where required.

  • Aggressive geese near entrances and patient areas
  • Rodents and insects in storage and food-prep areas
  • Insect infestations including ants, bees, cockroaches, spiders, centipedes and more
  • Pest birds including pigeons, swallows, sparrows, starlings and woodpeckers

Restaurants

Dining rooms, kitchens & waste areas

One sighting in a dining room can undo years of reputation. We schedule around your service hours and document every chemical we apply, so treatment never interferes with what’s on the plate. We keep Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on file for every product applied.

  • Mice and rats in pantries, dry storage, and back-of-house
  • Raccoons in dumpsters and waste enclosures
  • Insect infestations including ants, cockroaches, bees, spiders and more
  • Control and exclusion of pest birds in storage areas, roof eaves and doorways

How we work

The setting changes what we do. It doesn’t change how we start.

  1. Call or request an assessment: Tell us what you’re seeing, hearing, or smelling — and where.
  2. We inspect on site: An onsite assessment is required before any estimate or quote to ensure the right solution and results.
  3. You get a quoted solution: Removal, exclusion, cleanup, or an ongoing management plan for recurring problems.

What’s true for every customer

  • Flat-rate trapping. Our trapping fee doesn’t change based on how many animals we catch — whether it’s zero or a hundred, the fee is the same.
  • Humane options. We relocate or euthanize based on your request and the relocation sites available to us.
  • Wildlife and pests only. We don’t handle domestic animals — no cats or dogs.
  • Emergencies covered. We’re here every day 8am–5pm, with after-hours emergency service available.
